Not Necessarily European

We are taking this show on the road !

After a tiring end of the semester I am now in Ireland getting ready to start 6 weeks of geology field camp.  I’ve been in the country now for 2 whole days and have seen quite a bit, I’ve traversed the country east to west twice now.

Here are some of the things Ive seen so far on the eastern side of Ireland:

Some sweet crinoid stems, Euro for scale !

They were literally all over the place on a nice beach near Waterford.

Nice Fold.

beautifully colored conglomerate.

Hiking up to Lake Coumshingaun, Comeragh Mountains, County Waterford

Thats all for now. Field camp starts tomorrow !!!!
